– BEBE DANCE (3 years old); GIOCODANZA (4/5 years old)
This two disciplines are the very first approach to dance and they develop the child’s cognitive abilities through special games and music.
– BALLETT (6+ years old)
Ballett is a complete discipline that helps students to improve body balance and coordination. Every year, ballett students’ abilities will be examinated by our professional teachers, achievimg a final certified diploma.
Levels: Propedeutico, Base, Accademico, Intermedio, Avanzato and Professionale.
– SBARRA A TERRA/ STRETCHING (kids and adults)
Sbarra a Terra is a specific class to improve the correct body position and tonificate the muscles. Students work on the floor mainly, with exercises similar to ballett.
– MODERN DANCE (up 8 years old)
Modern dance enhances mimic and choreographic language. It is an insteresting mix between energetic and release, rhythm and controtempo, standing and crawling. Students will examinate their skills, and will receive a certified DEE diploma.
Levels: Principianti, Intermedio, Avanzato.

– PROFESSIONAL TRAINING (up 10 years old)
During this training the students will take part of minimum three weekly classes of the following courses: ballett, stretching, contemprary modern or hip hop or musical.
– HIP HOP
This style finds its origins in the afro dance, break dance, jazz and acrobatics. It was born in the streets and it can be divided in two categories: Old School (Popping and Locking) and New Style (House, Waacking, Krumping).

– VIDEO DANCE
This dance style doesn’t have any specific rule to follow. It’s very similar to hip hop, but it’s more creative and less technical. Perfect to have fun after a stressful day!

– BREAK DANCE
Break dance, b-boying or breaking, is a discipline of the hip hop culture and it mixes together dance and spectacular stunts figures.
– BELLYDANCE AND BELLYDANCE FUSION
Belly dance is a oriental dance, oriented to women, where music and movements blends completely. It is a dance to get rid of masks and prejudices, take over shyness and fear to discoverna new side of femininity and it is a synthesis of wellness and entertainment.
– TRIBAL FUSION
Tribal Fusion is a modern version of the ancient oriental dance, fusing different elements like yoga, indian dance, contemporary dance, flamenco and hip hop. It is characterized by a continuous contamination and evolution.
The Afro dance is a vital and living language that fascinates for its deep interaction with music. It teaches how to express your soul and to let your body moving freely in its typical ancestral movements.
At the moment, Dancehall, is the most popular Jamaican music and it’s famous in the music scene thanks to this international artists like Sean Paul, Bennie Man and Shaggy. Dancehall takes life as a Social Dance, made to have fun together with its energetic and sensual movements.
– CHROREOGRAPICH LATIN DANCE
the specification of human movement and form in terms of space, shape, time and energy, typically within an emotional or non-literal context. Movement language is taken from the dance techniques of ballet, afro, rhumba, salsa, flamenco, chacha, danzon folk dance, religious dance, pedestrian movement, or combinations of these.
– ACTING MUSICAL THEATRE
The Acting Musical Theatre course offers intensive training in the core musical theatre disciplines of acting, singing and dancing, with the emphasis firmly on acting.
– SALSA PORTORICAN AND CUBAN
Dancing Salsa is a true emotional sensation. It is a meeting point between European, African and Latin American popular cultures. Nowadays, Salsa, is an essential and pure expression of the cuban vitality and it’s characterized by the unmistakable percussional music, that makes it one of the most enjoyable music and dance. it can be separated in two different categories: New York Style and Los Angeles Style.
Bachata is part of the Latin American dance and music family as it was born in the Dominican Republic. This music is sweet and melodic and its dance is sensual and passionate.
– BALLROOM DANCE
The Italian Ballroom Dance, “Liscio”, was born in Romagna, a warm region located in central Italy. Liscio includes Mazurca, Walzer, Polka, Tango and Fox Trot.
The new Kizomba dance trend arrived through Portugal from Angola. The origin of this music come from Semba and Reggaeton mixed together. The dance position taken by the partners is similar to Tango, but the sensual belly movements remind Bachata.
– TANGO ARGENTINO
Tango Argentino expresses passion and seduction through its elegant movements.
This training method was founded by Joseph Pilates and it enables to exercise al the groups of muscles. Its ojective is to create stability and a new balance to our body and strengthen the muscles.

Zumba is the new fitness trend and it helps to sculpture your body through easy dance steps and exercises. The class is organised in big groups and Afro and Caribbean music elements are perfectly mixed with gymnastic and aerobic movement.
– COUNTRY FITNESS
It is presented as a basic fitness class but with the surprise of country music.
– SINGING CLASS FOR TEEN AGERS (12/16 years)
During this class kids will learn how to set up the great instrument of voice.
– SINGING CLASS FOR ADULTS
During the class the student will individually learn how to use voice, through various music pieces and different difficulty levels. Before the course begins it is necessary to complete a vocal test to evaluate the preparation level of the student.
The academy organises individual piano classes for beginners and advanced, for babies and adults.
